More of a knick knack than a tool.
I actually like this and it will look great in the curio cabinet but it's to smooth to work as a mortar and pestle. That lost one star. The other is it's not green. I didn't expect i to be a piece of high quality green onyx but I did expect it to be at least 20% green. Oh well, the mortar will make a nice stand for my new dragons egg.
- Mine looks almost marble. I love it! About the size of an orange, sturdy, works wonders!
- It may be difficult to grip or hold onto while in use
