Well stitched, with waterproof zips, 6 integrated straps for fastening and a really nice waterproof fabric. This thing is just HUGE but fits perfectly in my luggage rack. The measurements listed say the bag is a quarter inch larger than the inside measurements of the curt rack, but it fits perfectly. I am fitting all of my camping gear (for a family of 5) that used to be in 4 XXL duffel bags and still has plenty of room. This amount of stuff used to take up most of my truck, as did the folded third row seats in my Ford Expedition. I really like the built in ratchet straps because you can attach other things underneath (see potty and tupperware underneath). If anything could be improved it would be the addition of handles on both ends for easier portability, but I wouldn't let that sway your decision if you agree it's a two person job.
