The product was excellent and I am very happy with its quality and performance. However, when I tried to scan the barcode on the product card that came with the product to register for the 3-year warranty, I got a message saying someone in Illinois had already applied for a warranty and was holding me back would prevent you from proceeding with the registration for a 3-year warranty. I threw away the barcode card for warranty reasons but kept the product. I felt that in the process of ordering and shipping the product (or maybe the manufacturer) someone hired someone to do something illegal regarding the registration of these products that customers ordered and were shipped to. Please send me another way to register the purchase of my product to get a 3 year warranty.
