This is now the best set I have ever had.
These are needed to get behind the panels and release the inserts. Although suitable for casual use, the legs are a bit thick and rough around the edges. Since I use them for work almost every day, I sanded the legs thinner and polished the edges to keep them from scratching. Now this is the best set I have ever owned and better than any of the big three tool carts.
