When I bought it I was looking for a cheaper alternative to the Rockler version. I've already created a 24 foot gap between the concrete foundation wall and the poured concrete floor using Rockler. This was done so I could put caulk in the groove to fix the yearly ground water problem we have. Unfortunately, they only lasted 12 linear feet before being completely smooth (I was able to use the Rockler for another 12 linear feet before it was smooth). That being said I believe they would hold up well if you just pressed the grout between the tiles.
