update - a month later and still no refund. I finally got around to installing this last week and still couldn't keep it up because unless you pay a $26 a month upgrade plan, you can't use your phone to turn it off when you log in or open ANY door in your home except the front where the keypad is located. So I had to order a couple of extra keyboards ($69 each). Also, the 800ft range is to die for, I can't get it to work in my garage less than 52ft from the base. I called tech support who was absolutely unhelpful (literally NO suggestions). I called support and got carried away into buying more keyboards, even though the garage entrances were armed and then disconnected from the system (which would set off an alarm, by the way). I wrote to tech support on their website three days ago asking for further assistance but NEVER received a reply. Now I've invested about $500 in a system that doesn't work, but I don't want to rip off all the sensors and ruin the paint.
