Decided to try this pen and put the brush to try some illustration/ink. The handle is very comfortable and works well. My concern is that the ink cartridge will be exposed at the end of the pen when the cap is over the brush tip. some photos and description do not show. This does not affect the grip in any way. This is an aesthetic I don't prefer and might have considered a different choice if I had known.
