Stops working after a few uses

Edit: This collar worked fine when it worked. But after a few uses it stops loading. We use it in buzzer mode and it worked very well on our dog. We don't always leave it on her, I think it would be too bulky for that, she only weighs 10 kilos. There's also a shock and noise setting. It was pretty easy to set up. The collar fits our small dog well and also fits a much larger dog, we just cut off the excess.
