Works well. No problems after installation. The package includes crimp and heat shrink connectors, but I chose to purchase the blue outdoor heat shrink crimp connectors. Just crimp one wire at a time and hit with a heat gun. Just a note, you need to make a three-way connection on the main ground wire, which is the original cause of seat heating/cooling issues. Use the large yellow crimp connector for this connection from the vehicle wiring harness to the new connector module to get into the under seat ECU. Also unscrew the seat, simply lift it up and fold it back to the rear seat. Easy access this way without much hassle. AND ENSURE the connector is FULLY inserted into the control module. Total installation time is less than an hour.
