These cookie cutters have arrived and they look great. Delivery was fast, good packaging and such. Thumbs up to the seller for all of this. But the sheets are not the right size. I have several SILPAT non-stick mats that I plan to use in a 11.625" x 16.5" pan. I thought these pans would work perfectly as the listing says 11.8" x 17". Instead, the actual pan dimensions are: Inside = 11 inches x 16.75 inches Outside = 11.8 inches x 17.5 inches. Hope this helps anyone looking for specific pan sizes like me. I will be sending them back but they look like great pots. It just doesn't exactly fit my needs.
