I recently placed an order for some mobile phone accessories through the online store Portholic, and I have to say that my experience with the company was a huge letdown. The website was difficult to traverse, and it took an inordinate amount of time for me to locate the information I required. When my order did eventually arrive, the products were of extremely low quality. The case that I had ordered was made of flimsy material, the armband was pulled so tightly that it was uncomfortable, and the holsters served little to no purpose. On top of that, when I attempted to get a refund from Portholic's customer support, I was met with complete silence instead of a response. Both my phone conversations and my emails went unreturned without a response. Since it is abundantly obvious that Portholic does not care about its clientele, I would not advise anyone to squander either their time or their money doing business with them. In conclusion, if you want to spare yourself a headache, you should steer clear of Portholic at all times. There are a multitude of additional internet stores that provide superior products and services to their customers. Stay away from Portholic and you'll avoid making the same blunder that I did.
