DO NOT BUY AN ASURION PROTECTION PLAN! this is a joke My brain signals crap in 5 months. So I very simply disconnected the brain and left the wiring in place for easy installation of a new brain. I called asurion and they wanted me to ship all the components back to them and they refunded the money so I could buy another one but my remaining 31 month protection plan is going down the drain. He explained that I paid $130 to install, another $130 to remove, and after I bought a new one, another $130 to reinstall. They said after checking with "upstream" (3 times) that I need to remove all components and send them back to get a refund. You are a complete joke.
