Review on Nordic Ware Stovetop Backsplash Griddle in Sleek Black: A Perfect Kitchen Companion by Eli Saumell

This is my third Nordic Ware baking pan - the first two lasted about two years of daily use. Since it is made of die-cast aluminum, the price is a bit high. Due to the metal composition, these pans wear out quicker than other pans I've had. High temperatures and/or the use of metal utensils can damage the pan's non-stick coating and lead to faster failure. I like this pan because it only covers a stovetop. It stores all the ingredients for breakfast at the same time or in layers if different cooking times are needed. It's very easy to clean. I usually wipe with a paper towel to remove grease between uses and wash in warm, soapy water once a week. I hope Nordic Ware continues to make them because I will buy another one when this one outlives its usefulness (assuming the price isn't too high by then).
