I was skeptical when I first saw the patch and the instructions were mostly in another language and the backing was very difficult to remove but I was in pain and I powered through to place it on my knee.I don’t know how anyone else will do with the patch but that I felt instant relief as soon as the medicine started to work on my knee within a matter of minutes the pain just disappeared whatever the formula is it is exactly what I needed. I’m only giving it four stars because there is a lot of adhesive it is difficult to remove the backing without a pair of tweezers or something sharp. they should put something there, a tab or something to help with that.
