They are perfect for 5 gallon DWC. I bought a pair of these 4 inch disc stones with 3 suction cup feet which come in a set of 2 here. One of them had a broken nipple when it arrived and I had to tape it back together to use it. So that's the last time I tried it and I'm very satisfied. They were half the price of 4" rims and blistered more, packed well and none broke. What's not to like? I was going to order 4 more and waited to try them before knowing which one I was going to buy next. I'm done waiting, it's not a pipe dream.
