These might work. I've had to replace the lines that go to the bottom valve on a Trinco blasting chamber and it's easier to just make new ones than to buy new ones. There is definitely cost cutting going on here, and not in a good or safe way. The serrations have been machined so that no force is required to insert the fitting into a 3/8" ID air hose. See the circled areas in the attached image. For reference, the upper fitting was purchased from Lowe's. Will it withstand 80psi , we'll see. I'll double up on hose clamps or 1/2" Pex copper ferrules.
