First check the mounting alignment
I'm not sure what you can tell from the photo but the alignment of the link bracket to the platform is wrong and appears to be offset by about 15 degrees causing the rack to shift tends . The welds look good, but the pressing together during the manufacturing process leaves something to be desired.
