Review on Rancho RS9000XL RS999777 Suspension Strut: Advanced Performance and Superior Suspension Control by Jeremy Carpenter

Seals burst after these bumps for several weeks. Knowing that Rancho shocks are made in the USA, I expected much better customer service. I contacted Rancho Support and was assured that replacement shocks would be sent due to the bad shocks I received. That was 5 months ago and I didn't get a replacement and the rep who was supposed to take care of my problems quit, so I'm back to square one now. I keep getting excuses that they are out of stock but that doesn't make sense for this product and for so long. I had to buy shocks to put back on my truck because it got out of control with bad Rancho shocks so now I can't pay for Ranchos plus OEM anymore.
