    Excellent shock absorbers, suitable as spares

    They have plenty of travel, are easy to fit, look good and fit in all conditions without the modifications I've seen on other jack up cars.

    Terrible customer service

    Seals burst after these bumps for several weeks. Knowing that Rancho shocks are made in the USA, I expected much better customer service. I contacted Rancho Support and was assured that replacement shocks would be sent due to the bad shocks I received. That was 5 months ago and I didn't get a replacement and the rep who was supposed to take care of my problems quit, so I'm back to square one now. I keep getting excuses that they are out of stock but that doesn't make sense for this product and…

    Big racks make a big difference in ride quality

    Excellent stands. Huge difference in ride quality, especially with OEM towing. Set mine to 5 for daily driving. The quality of these shock absorbers seems to be excellent. They are very muscular and much thicker than OEM. I've driven it 100 miles so far and I really like it. Highly recommended.
