I've just finished reviewing the first knife I bought from you. So I got my first knife and knew I wanted another 10 inch knife. If you want you can also read my review of the first knife. So I went through every knife company looking for what I needed. I almost decided to become German, but I went to this company just to look. I bought the 10 inch plus and received the knife in two days. I went to work - I was absolutely blown away and SO glad I did. After 35 years. with knives (mainly german and a few japanese) shook me. This knife is designed for many purposes, but in production - I do not have such a knife. I could go on, but I believe if someone who cooks where I am uses this knife, they will see what I saw.
