I misunderstood the purpose. I thought they provided some spring tension to keep the doors closed. Not correct. They are only intended to limit how far the door can swing open. They limit it to about 80 degrees. You need to have a cavity deep enough in your wood door frame and you need wood doors so you can drill a cavity a few inches into each side. Hinge removal required. Installing the second anchor is difficult. You have to bend it into a cavity and then twist the hinge into position if the door doesn't open 90 degrees, it's VERY hard to finish.
