I found using a small hook to be very tiring. The strands are too loose. It's almost like trying to crochet some threads of yarn. It's very soft, smooth and light with the "H" hook, but then the work is very large and free. I think it all depends on what you want to use this yarn for. I'm trying to create amigurumi and this yarn is NOT recommended for that purpose. I will use it to maybe create spiral hair but not for the body. On the positive side, the colors are beautiful, the packaging is fine and undamaged, and the yarn is very soft. Get a good baby blanket.
