First of all I have to say that this is a wonderful product for maintaining good gum hygiene. I've had issues with previous ToiletTree waterers as the little plastic flap that shuts off the water tends to break. I had another problem with the irrigator which just "died" after a few months. For the most part I was happy with the company's return/replacement policy, so I continue to use their products. I now have an extra large tank which gives me more time to floss (although it's a little bulkier than the standard model). Over the years I have recommended the ToiletTree Irrigator to anyone who wants to talk about oral health. My dentist and his technicians are telling me to keep using it because my gums are still in great shape despite being over 80 years old. Tip: I add 1-2 ounces of quality mouthwash to the water tank and that's a huge benefit too.
