Refund or replacement!
I received a jar of black plaster, and when I opened the envelope and reached out to take out the jar, my hand was covered with plaster. The jar was opened and all the gesso covered the inside of the envelope. I threw it out right away. Now I'm trying to get a refund or replacement and I can't complete this simple request without agreeing to return an item that's in the trash where it belongs. If I ever fix this I will update this review.
