1) The product came exactly like the marketing pictures. It's not fun to show one and get the other. 2) The back of the frame I received wasn't that rough and scratches on the paint don't bother me at all. 3) The screw covers are tight. I don't see any issues with removing them and if there are any I will replace them with the extra set provided (assuming I can find them when/if the time comes). We'll have to see how they hold up the weather, but worst case scenario I'll leave the screws open as I don't really care. I used my own stainless steel screws as I wasn't sure if the supplied stainless steel screws were or not as I didn't have a magnet handy to check. In this case I am completely satisfied with the purchase. I think it's a fair price for what you get. You can (easily) spend double the price but I doubt you'll get double the quality.
