The vacuum cleaner worked perfectly for about a week, then a small part of the brush broke. I contacted 360 support and they responded within a few hours. The item arrived in the mail the next day with the tracking number. Oddly, they accidentally sent me a brush from a better model than me. I contacted support again and they responded very quickly and the new correct part was re-posted the next day. So, fantastic customer service. About the work of the vacuum. This is my third robot vacuum cleaner. I started with Roomba for a few years and then tried Roborock for a very short time (too many performance issues and hitting things). 360 is a fantastic vacuum cleaner. It indicates the house, follows a logical pattern so it doesn't miss any part of the room, and can even move in a straight line. In that last part, the Roborok was terrible. The 360 also has a feature you can turn on to prevent the cleaner from colliding with furniture. This is fantastic as the Roomba has dented most of my wooden furniture. What I don't like about the 360 is the very tiny waste bin. I need to make sure it empties every day and not multiple days with Roomba. The roborock waste bin is just as tiny as the 360. All in all, if you're looking for a robot vacuum cleaner, I highly recommend you give it a try.
