Exactly what I needed. Fast and Super accurate.

This thing is so easy to use, I regret not buying it sooner. The price can make you gawk, but this will save you so much time over the months that it pays for itself (time=money). With the CV-19 change shortage this has been a life saver. Some of my thoughtful customers bring in a bunch of change in their pockets cause they've seen the shortage throughout town and this has been a boon to get them to just let us take all their change. As far as the device itself, this sorts coins by having a ring with coin shaped holes spin around inside. When a coin laying down in these holes reaches the appropriate sized holes beneath, they fall into their proper tub. The arrangement of coin increments goes by size, smallest on the right to largest on the left. Its just a shame that this does not have a 50 cent coin spot too. The lack of this increment gets awkward if you don't sort them out manually before hand, but not a problem cause half-dollars are larger and easily visible. If you have an unsortable coin, lint or otherwise, there is an access door in the back of the machine to extract them.I haven't used the coin rolling operation that much but it seems to work well enough. It would be nice if there was a specific button to set it up for rolling so you wouldn't have to manually set how many coins each spot can hold, and then reset that value higher for sorting/counting. I would also like a magnetic catch to stick non-US coins. My machine gets used 3 times a day minimum and has shown no signs of wearing in over a year. Occasionally it sounds grindy from dust and such, but it clears out with more use. If this last 3+ years, it will totally be worth the price over the cheaper machines you can buy in the big box stores.Would recommend.

Pros
  • The Cassida C300 can count up to 300 coins per minute, making it a highly efficient tool for businesses and individuals who handle large amounts of coins
Cons
  • May not be able to sort worn-down coins accurately
