At first I only used this product as a leave in and I knew right away how good it was. I read a lot of comments saying they got it and it was watered down. However, this was not the case for me. I bought it a few months ago and I have never seen my hair look so shiny. I then settled on Nexxus which left my scalp completely dry and caked up, my hair was brittle and broke every time I brushed and washed it. Halfway through my liter of Nexxus I threw it away and went down to 10. Here I am at 10 1 week ago and my hair is 10 times healthier and shinier than when I first used it. I will never change shampoo and conditioner again. That's 10 for life!
