I love these baskets!

These baskets have only been used once but are ideal for rising bread. Their size is just right for one loaf of bread at a time. They don't take up too much space on the table, at least no more than fermenting in a bowl. Since you're flouring the baskets, don't add butter to the dough. The best part is that you don't have to wash the basket insert after each use.
