Excellent replacement mirror for our jeep. Very easy to install and looks the same as the OEM but costs MUCH LESS! Just loosen two screws and the old mirror pops out, insert the new mirror and tighten the screws (save the old screws as you will need them to mount the new mirror) and it's like new! A Torx T40 bit is used to loosen/tighten the screws, which you can purchase at your local hardware store for around $6-8. I can only recommend this mirror!
