Excellent customer service!

SimplySafe is very easy to install! When I moved to a new address and needed technical help rebooting my system, their customer service department was great! They even pinged my base unit and didn't like what they saw and sent me a new motherboard (for free) which was easy to install. Key fobs make turning the alarm on and off very easy and convenient. I bought an extra key fob to give to my guest if they stay the night. Excellent customer service!
