With Excellent

Simplisafe is generally easy to set up and worth the money for equipment and monitoring. To complete that statement, I have to commend the Simplisafe keychain. Having dealt with cumbersome alarm systems in the past, this key fob is an excellent, easy-to-use feature. Highly recommended to buy

It is very easy to connect to the

I like that I can turn the alarm on and off without leaving the house, especially when I'm approaching the house with a handful of bags. Even if we leave someone in the house, we don't have to wake someone up to tell them to turn on the alarm after we leave the house. I also use it at home when I'm lying in bed and don't want to get up to use the keyboard to set the alarm.

Excellent customer service!

SimplySafe is very easy to install! When I moved to a new address and needed technical help rebooting my system, their customer service department was great! They even pinged my base unit and didn't like what they saw and sent me a new motherboard (for free) which was easy to install. Key fobs make turning the alarm on and off very easy and convenient. I bought an extra key fob to give to my guest if they stay the night. Excellent customer service!
