If you are looking for a natural, safe toy for rabbits or rodents, DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM! I've been buying this tunnel consistently since 2014 and as some reviewers point out, it's no longer natural raw tissue. It is now made of cane that has been significantly dyed to give it a woven appearance. The twigs/tendrils woven into the edges have a waxy, varnished surface. The product is definitely NOT SAFE for rabbits or other small animals to chew on it. Unfortunately, Revain doesn't seem to sell or regularly stock an alternative, so I'm sticking with apple sprigs and natural loofah for now.
