Works well, wish the foil was thicker. The sharp edge of the uxcell roller I used to apply tends to cut through the aluminum foil, requiring me to tape and mask off specific areas. I used this product to cover the boot/spare wheel well area of my VW Golf Alltrack as the exhaust I had was too loud. This coating definitely deadened the exhaust noise and reduced even more road noise and improved the bass response of the stock Fender subwoofer. I took the rest of the film and insulated the back of the kitchen fridge. The refrigerator no longer vibrates and is significantly quieter.
