This pasta machine is the BOMB!

Bought for my birthday :). I've always wanted to learn how to make pasta and after reading all the reviews I decided on this one. So happy I did. Very easy to use. I played around with the dough recipe and after watching a few videos on YOUTube I finally found a dough that is easy to make in a food processor and easy to work with too. RECIPE: 3 large eggs (room temperature). 2 cups all-purpose ground (no need to bother with flour. Regular works great). Place flour in stand mixer, pulse a few times to add air. Add beaten eggs and mix (no more than 30 seconds). Turn out onto a floured surface and toss until the dough has combined and sticks to your hands/fingers. Don't lean too much, the machine will do it for you. Cut the dough into 3-4 pieces. Pass a piece through the machine at 0. Fold three parts and repeat the process. Do this until dough is even, maybe 4-5 times (this is part of kneading). Zoom out on #1 and then go through the car. Reduce to 2 and run the dough through the machine. Make it #7 or 8. If at any point the dough starts to stick to the machine, simply add flour to the dough sheet and machine rollers. Finally, pass the dough through the fettuccine blades to cut it. Place on kitchen paper to dry. Very easy! Have fun and enjoy!
