I left the camera kit for a few weeks before installing it so I cannot return to Revain as the refund window was 10 days ago. Installation was easy and the camera works. Twice. Then it doesn't work and the display shows no signal, so I contacted Pyle support. I am not sure if they understand what customer service is as I have had it for over 30 days. They want me to send it back to them prepaid and include a $15 money order to mail it to me. The camera worked twice! Instead of sending me another station that might cost them $3, they want me to spend $30. Also, don't expect them to be quick to respond to your request for warranty support, as they aren't. Don't waste your money on this product. As a sequel. When I removed the camera I found that it works intermittently when I shake it. I emailed Pyle saying the camera was broken and never got a reply. I bought another camera and wireless transmitter for less than shipping to Pyle. I will not purchase another Pyle product due to the non-existence of their service.
