A company shouldn't advertise this mount as "Full Motion". For someone who doesn't make a living installing TVs, I assumed it was indeed a complete move. I wanted the mount to raise and lower the TV. Turns out that's not a possibility. 180 degree tilt does not mean full movement. Also check the movement of the levers before installation. It was incredibly difficult for me to adapt. I loosened a few screws here and there, but then it was too loose. There is no such thing as smooth movement. Finally, the TV connects to the wall mounts by sliding the VESA panel into position and securing it with a small screw. It's not secure enough to meet the advertised screen size and weight caps.
