Review on All Sales 🔘 96042K Black Billet Emblem by Jordan Jackson

I bought these for my Chevy Colorado 06. My old emblem was off and when I looked at the OEM replacements they were $100! It has 2-3/16 inch threaded studs that you need to install and I noticed there was a lot of dirt on the emblem threads so I cleaned them up with a 3/16-24 bottom tap (recommended) and covered them with a zipper to keep them from peeling off over time. There is a little double sided tape on the back of the piece that doesn't fill the gap behind it, so I added a few more pieces until that was enough. I then added 2 spacers to fill clips on the plastic behind the piece with double sided tape and attached the emblem. The emblem fits very well and looks great! The only thing I noticed is that the emblem has a small dirty bulge in the paint, this piece can be sanded and repainted so I'm not worried.
