When I was at the beach on vacation, I found I needed something to sweep the sand that had gotten into our hotel room off our feet after a day at the beach had spent. I ordered this brush and dustpan and they were delivered to my hotel. My purchase arrived in time to use while we were at the beach. The downside is that the bristles of the brush are pretty thin, but the real problem is the dust box. The rim is not flat and not very flexible and when I tried to sweep the sand into the bowl it came right under and stayed on the bottom. As a result, the dust collector did not work. Result: Sandy soil, sheets, etc.
