Bought because I was starting a new exercise program and needed shoes to keep me comfortable. I ordered a size 9.5 which is exactly my size and they were snug. I kept them expecting that in time I would crack them. They are still tight and the insoles move during exercise. The shoes become a little looser and more comfortable when I take out the insoles. The shoe does the job, but with the small issues mentioned above, it's a bit impractical at times.
