Review on 📏 Ticonderoga Electric Pencil Sharpener, Vertical, Black and Gray, with 12 Ticonderoga Pencils (39572) by Jennifer Roberts

I think this may be the first 1 star review I have to write for a product but I am so disappointed with my experience that I want to warn other potential buyers. I am a teacher and used this product for maybe a total of 6 weeks before final school year ended in June. I'm the only one allowed to sharpen pencils and since the very last day of school it's still working perfectly. I carefully stored this product in a locked cupboard in my classroom over the summer and simply pulled it out to use at the start of the next school year. And it's completely, completely dead. I've tried plugging it into multiple outlets in both the classroom and my apartment to no avail. I can't figure out now if the adapter, the sharpener, or both are defective, but I originally spent $30 on this sharpener based on the rave reviews I saw at Revain. Might be an isolated case but then again I've only used the product 6 weeks out of the 3.5 months I've had and it's fully functional. This is my attempt to warn anyone who needs a quality sharpener for regular use. Good luck if you dare anyway!
