Review on GIGABYTE Ultra Compact Mini PC with Intel UHD Graphics 600, M.2 SSD, HDMI 2.0A, and DP1.2A Component - GB-BLCE-4105 by Brent Gurney

Perfectly tuned and quiet. Good solid build quality. Insert 256 M2 disk, 8 gigabytes of RAM and boot Win10 LTSC without problems. Use it as a streaming box next to my desktop (Xfinity Stream, Netflix, YouTube etc.) on a second monitor. Handles everything well, not buggy. Works very fast. 2 things that might help others: When I first connected to the monitor, I used a DVI to HDMI cable (DVI was on the monitor). blank screen The only way to get a signal was another monitor, HDMI-HDMI. After that it was good. Don't confuse anything other than HDMI on both ends. Bios: The Brix I received had an F1 bios version. The Gigabyte site was up to F5. It's worth updating the bios as things like fan speed have been fixed. Get the BIOS from the support page for this Brix and follow the PDF in the zip file. BIOS update from flash drive. This is the important part: format your flash drive to Fat32 first. For all others like NTFS you will get a read error when Brix tries to read the update files. That's all. Really nice item for a lot less price than the NUC.
