Affinity is great for tracking and managing client billing

I really like that this software allows me to know exactly how many days are left in my month so there’s no guessing at all! It also helps with scheduling out of office time if needed. The reporting features could be more extensive but they do provide enough information. If you want or need detailed reports then it will cost you extra which can get pricey depending on your plan. This solution saves us lots of paper by keeping track of our bills directly through their platform rather than having them mailed to us each week. I like that you can easily see all of your current clients in one place so it's easy to keep up with them! Also being able to send out reminders when due dates are coming close - helps me stay organized!! Nothing specific at this time but will update if there were any issues once we've been using affinity longer than our free trial period ends (which was about 4 weeks). It has helped us be more efficient since everything now goes into 1 spot instead of multiple emails/spreadsheets etc..

  • Very helpful support staff, quick response times for questions via live chat.
  • Lots available data already built within system such as billing history & other account info., even though i have not used those services yet myself..i love knowing what is preloaded insideAffinity before purchasing anything else :)
