My God! I've been looking for this my whole life! Well, maybe not my whole life, but about the last 5-6 years. I make sugar cookies and I like them when they are quite thick and difficult to roll out evenly. It's perfect. And I mean PERFECT! I baked three batches of cut sugar cookies in under an hour and a half! No joke! I don't see how you can make a pie crust out of this. Because of the ridges on the edge that determine the thickness. But for sugar cookies. You need that. I've been wanting to buy one of these side plank cookies, but they're over $50. It works amazingly well and the price is perfect. Good product!
