It is difficult to completely remove air bubbles at one time, there is always a corner that has a problem. I used a flat-tipped Xacto knife to lift it up and reposition it a few times to bring it down perfectly. Once you get it it's a nice screen protector, much better than plastic screen protectors from other suppliers as it's glass which theoretically doesn't "age" and cloud over time like the plastic ones. I really like it, well worth the complicated setup.
