Review on Channellock E346 6 Inch Combination Plier by Patrick Diaz

The jaws of my pliers do not close fully. I don't know if they should be like that or not. But I have requested an exchange and will update the information on the replacement unit. EDIT: I received my replacement pliers today and they are in the same condition (see photo). Jaws do not close. In fact, it's even worse now that I have pliers with cranked handles. The Code Blue grips on the left are installed incorrectly (not fully inserted). I tried to push it in but it won't budge; looks like it's glued on. I don't want to go back to Revain until I have a good one, so I'm sticking with this one. Channellock should be ashamed of their quality control. If I were starting over I would use Knipex pliers.
