As a hesitant buyer in the market for a new butcher knife, I was drawn to this product for its advertised features and price point. However as a result of using this product, I found that the blade quickly dulled and became difficult to sharpen .While the handle was comfortable to hold, it didnt make up for the poor quality of the blade. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this item to others in the market for cutlery and knife accessories in their Home and Kitchen..
