False advertising in coffee spoons

1 ounce equals 30ml, so two tablespoons not one. These measuring spoons have a volume of only 15 ml each, which corresponds to 1 tablespoon. I wanted a scoop equal to two tablespoons. Who the heck uses two scoops at once to make 30ml?
