The team at email experts were very professional, friendly & knowledgeable about our business needs from day one! They have been able to create bespoke marketing campaigns for us that work well with Google Analytics so we can track what is working best in terms of ROI/returns etc - they also provided advice around how much content should be included within each campaign as this was not clear elsewhere (as there's quite alot!). I like their approachability but would say if you're looking into hiring an agency then make sure your goals match theirs too otherwise it could end up being more difficult than expected or even worse result less effective overall which isn't ideal when trying get results quickly!! So far everything has gone extremely smoothly including all communication leading upto contract signing along wtih ongoing support post launch where ever needed :) We've had great success using.
