Poor quality is best in computers and accessories

I am very disappointed in this box. First of all, one of the nuts for the three screws broke off when it was used for the first time. Second, the nuts will not hold without excessive tension. Third, the corners started cracking even though I didn't tighten the nuts enough to hold them. I even tried putting Loctite on these threads and they still wouldn't hold. Aggravating!
